I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to all the amenities yet peaceful. The room, a deluxe one, was impeccable and had everything I could wish for, maintaining high hygiene standards. The service, especially from Nadia at reception and George the porter, was outstanding, although there was a slight downside with one staff member being rude. The dining offered a good variety, and the staff were attentive, although it could have been a bit more accommodating. Overall, excellent value for money!

The hotel is conveniently located near the main road leading to the Mediterranean Room, which was fantastic. The rooms are good considering the price, comfortable, and in a prime location. The service, though consistent since our first visit in 2014, was well-deserved, but the insistence on using the hotel expense card was a minor inconvenience. The location is absolutely ideal, within walking distance of the beach and blue lagoon, and right on the bustling Olu Deniz strip. The dining options meet a good standard, offering a variety of choices depending on the day. The facilities are well-maintained and cater to the needs of guests.
